I don't understand why KYC to buy a privacy coin? Can somebody please explain why is this needed. What is this finally is this a "regulated" ICO? I don't think so. I can't find information about your company, address, etc. This looks like I'm buying from you which is TFC and in terms and conditions I found this:
"NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS
TFC will not be responsible for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the use of TFC, including the actions or inactions or events related to third parties, security problems during the use of any TFC-related software or service, technical failures during the use of any TFC-related software or service, software or data corruption problems during the use of any TFC-related software or service, or user errors during the use of any TFC-related software or service."
Looks like you will collect the money and not be responsible for damages, claims, loses... during the use TFC soft or service. Explanation will be appreciated.

Good Day Cryptonitro We tried to assist the TUNE project as we we invested in the project ourselves heavily maybe if you did research you would know that. I was able to salvage 5 BTC from the TUNE Developer that was allocated to Nodes as promised and that data is transparent and available for you to research. The TUNE Masternode Holders are voting on the spent of the funds as we submitted a proposal to them. We are fully committed to being fully transparent and we did not launch the Freedom Coin before we made sure we had all our systems in place. We started the Freedom Coin Project because of scam coins. We will soon release videos explaining exactly how the system works and you will see all wallets and funds spent are fully transparent.
