Hi, does anybody have version E388 for this particular card ? I have got E353, but i need E388 to reflash. Thank you

The marking can be found in GPUZ on "Graphic Card" tab, DEVICE ID: mine is now for example (other card) 1002 67DF - 1DA2 E366 so the ending there is what i am looking for.

A stock bios of E388 version RX 570 Pulse 4GB Elpida E388

Can you please clarify what E388 means (and where to look for that info) and I will check my RX570 with Elpida memory?

As long as you use your original BIOS, make a copy of that, and save changes as a different file name, it is safe to flash your GPU with that. If it comes from your own GPU and you know what timing straps to copy, you should be safe.

You should only worry about BIOs compatibility if you download modded BIOSes from the internet (highly unrecommended).

Why should you re-flashing your card, by the way? Are you failed on bios mod before and you didn't backup the original bios?

Hi all,

sorry i got sick and was laying for few days.

@Dzeronimo: E388 i guess is a part of GPU "series" numbering or so, these were delivered to use late 2017. Nowadays we get E387, its is part of P/N number.

@jmigdlc99/jillscarbrough: Why not backup? Its simple, at the time we got the i forced few of GPUs with other versions, it has no bad effect, but if you are going to give the product back due to HW errors ( normal warranty procedure ) they can easily find out if was BIOSed, because the P/N will not fit. Can be seen on the card label - middle part.

So the only reason to have it back at E388 is in case we will need to claim the warranty of product, to be on the safe side.

Thanks
