Image to tkiz

I know tkiz is not that difficult but I dont have the time to deal with it right now.
So I am giving away 0.003-0.004 BTC to the first person who posts Tkiz code for an image which resembles but does not equal this image:

Some comments what individual commands do are also required.
Also I want that arrows to the left (lo) are a little different from the ones to the right, without using colors.

If somebody improves upon the first solution considerably (my choice) I will send him 0.002 BTC.
I also keep the right to chose that a solution isn't sufficient.

Please only post the code, not the resulting image.

Yes I mean that because that are not many lines, I guess a person knowing tkiz will need no more than 15 minutes to do this.
Its a possibility to earn something.
I could also ask on stackexchange to get it done for free (see http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/147791/block-diagram-in-tikz-with-absolute-positioning) and various other posts
But I would rather give somebody something in exchange.

Also I do not really need it. I f you do not want to do it, nobody forces you.

Thank you W-M I read your original answer and I am fully able to and already have created the image using svg.

I am only interested in the tkiz code for educational purposes.
(And because Latex typesetting is applied to tkiz)
I do not like to learn from manuals, I like to learn by trial and error with a little support from manuals.
As I do not have time for that now I created this thread to have a working base.

If nobody responds with a solution I will use my image.

Ok, so this was created by importing the image into inkscape and using the experimental tkiz exporter plugin.
Which does, by the way, generate nearly useless code. Even the text is exported to paths. You see, I tried that already.

Anyway, if nobody responds with a solution till Friday I will send you 0.003 as consolation prize for the effort of commenting+creativity
