of course we need to keep our wallets from hackers. dont go on a phising sites and dont click a anonymous emails. hackers can enter to your computer once they get a signals . even the folders and system they can seen it ! becareful what you click !

Exactly, there are a lot of fraudsters right now that kept on sending phishing emails to random people and be careful special if it contains a link or a certain websites, once you click then it's your account might be compromised so better be extra careful and learn to identify as well whether it's legit or not.

Keep your private keys as well as the transaction you have been doing you might send it to another double check if you enter the private address well sometimes private key is the problem a lot of the bitcoin users almost send their private keys. I recommend hardware wallet because it is easier to hack online wallet.

Furthermore, be careful in participating in airdrops especially the newbies in crypto, there are some fraudsters established airdrops that demands your private keys. Please never fall for this.

Hackers are enough to breach the security of your wallet but if you have a good privacy i think they will not aware from you and the password should be a complex and too much hard to understand for others.

Of course we want the best for our cryptocurrencies and we want the best security for them and that is why we should do a lot of research to find out what are the advantages and disadvantages of having cryptocurrency wallets like online/cloud wallet, desktop wallet, paper wallet and hardware wallet to pick which suits the best for us.

..yeah,,that's true..many hackers and scammers spread everywhere,,so it is your duties and responsibilities to protect your coins from this well-known thief..although some of us don't know when this thief will going to move,,make sure that you only is the one holding your important information..never give your private key to any site or any one,,even if it is your good friend,,for you cannot trust anybody except yourself only..also be careful on the bounty and airdrop that you will going to participate in..for we don't really know whether one of this is legit or scam..so keep in mind that always guard your coins..and use alternative wallets that have a good and high security..

Thank you for the tips and guidance. It is better to have a list of precautionary measures in order to keep our precious investment. However, there is one in the list that is quite correct and somehow not. The sharing of the password. Yes, I believe that sharing of the password is a bad idea, but there is a time where you need to share it with the people who you truly trust. It is another precautionary measure to ensure that the assets could be transferred in case there are not good thing happen to like a memory loss due to an accident.

Thanks for the useful information, I think I will use the Internet - wallets.  But I still think that if hackers want to hack, nothing hurts them, it just takes them more time.

I use a separate device only for operations with crypto currency. I also use an operating system with a high degree of protection (this is Qubes). another major factor: never enter into your crypto accounts in public wi-fi.

This is good information. I know a lot of people, who are new to crypto world and they commonly do such mistakes. And then wallets are hacked or even lost. So you should do everything wisely and be very prudent with such thing. Because it is your money and there are too much people, who would steal it with pleasure.

If we would store our crypto is best to used wallet with double verification code that could strengthen up the security we have upon taking an online base wallet but if we are going to deal with investment it is much better to used exchanger with a built wallet that could store our trading to evade multiple transaction that could multiply the risk it may takes to deal with both trading and holding at the same time when it needed for us to sell or to buy.
