They're working fine for me...
I'm not sure if it's a California (or even more granular outage) but two separate local branches are currently not operating due to downtime and I have been getting "We apologize, but Online Banking is operating slower than usual.We are working to restore full service as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience" online for the past hour or so.
Edit: I have the option to "Continue to Online Banking" at the error message, then the page https://sitekey.bankofamerica.com/sas/
