I can't find anywhere the checkbox to subscribe to a topic i'm posting on, nor the link to subscribe to threads without posting. Can someone please fix the forum?

(I dont always get new reply notifications, pls send a pm when you think it has happened)

The more you believe in Bitcoin, and the more you show you do to other people, the faster the real value will soar!

This forum doesn't send any emails (despite hints to the contrary in the user interface). You'll need to find other ways to follow it (e.g. by the "Recent Unread Posts" link).

SMF is capable of doing it, why was the functionality turned off?

Bitcoin.org was being considered a spam source, which caused forum verification emails to be lost. Disabling notifications was done as a possible way to reduce the likelihood that bitcoin.org would be seen as "spammy".

Every thread has an RSS feed that you can use to monitor replies.
