I will not say that digital currency has taken over the normal regular currencies yet. However, there is no way that we can doubt this thing that the digital currencies are taking lead over the regular currencies in so many ways and that now the interest of the people is greatly changing in a way they are more interested in knowing about the crypto currencies and that they are also investing their money into different coins.

Most of the people in this world are happy with their routine work and they don't want change that works and they want continue to work like that  so here I don't think that they will see digital currency as a better option in Thier life , they will only go with the Fiat currency system .

This is true, people are lazy they are not going to adopt cryptocurrencies unless they have to, many people resisted to use computers and the internet at first because they had a way of doing things already established and it was not until the advantages were very clear they had to change their ways, so I really think we are going to need a crisis so we can see the adoption to grow considerably, this will be similar to what happened to those that lived through the great depression and that never trusted in banks ever again.

They would co-exist and we will have many choices then of how we would pay if it would be cryptocurrency or fiat. If we think about it, cryptocurrency is just like paying through credit card/debit card because there is no physical money involve. It wouldn't be able to eliminate physical money though because it would be hard for the people who have no access to technology to transact if they don't know anything about it and they can't even use it. Electricity would need to be solve first before the legal tender would be taken over.

Yes, indeed, countries that do not accept digital currencies are doing wrong. They want to get taxes. But they don't receive them anyway. Because all the same in their countries cryptocurrencies are present only illegally. But still, I think that digital currencies can't completely replace fiat money. They will exist on an equal basis.
