I think adding the new logo, and setting the block halving to a higher block.

Just started mining frozen.  Anyone else think that people are gunna be reluctant to adopt this coin because norton thinks the wallet is infected with a virus?  Also noticed the quark logo on the show QR code button on the receive tab.  Coin has great fundamentals, really like that it's rare, CPU only and no premine, just needs a few tweaks.

Happens with many wallets.

New updated Wallet will be releasing Today or Tomorrow.

Client Issues have been fixed.
Block Halving has been increased to 77778

Please make sure to replace all of the icons to your own in the client! Smiley
Thanks

Everything is looking great with this coin, the website, lots of miners, fair, no premine etc.  It's a shame no exchanges have picked it up.

Yes, it work. Tks.

frozen.conf !!!

If you have problems to sync your wallet please try this:

1. close your wallet / shutdown frozend
2. add the additional nodes below in your frozen.conf
3. restart wallet / frozend

addnode=fz.mine-pool.net
addnode=fz2.mine-pool.net
addnode=144.76.91.109

Does it help?

Please add those node to example config in first post in this thread - I was not able to sync without them.
Also i noticed conf is actually named frozen.conf, but in first post frozencoin.conf is mentioned!!! Please fix it  - it will make new people setup wallet faster.

Imho it shouldn't be using both name - "Frozen" and "FrozenCoin" otherwise it leads to confusion.

Hey guys, new to the scene here but a long time follower.
Just a quick question. Its obvious that this coin will be rare but what happens when the coins are fully mined?
What will keep the network going?

Thanks

Interest.

There are a few coins that are fully mined right now and are doing OK.  By halving the output every so often you delay the onset of no coins, which will be done with this coin as well.  If interest builds in the coin, the difficulty will skyrocket and the coins will be even more limited than they are now.  I hope that is what happens, as having so few individuals owning coin destroys the marketplace.

The problem is right now there are SO MANY altcoins that it is hard to differentiate between the coins.  I mean you go onto cryptsy and there are so many running down the side that you almost need a cheat sheet to figure out which is which.

Is that PoS / minting? If so I wasn't aware this coin had the feature.
What tends to happen to coins once they have been fully mined? Do their value tend to increase or drop?

Thanks

Not quite. Block halving will happen in about 12K blocks, so that leaves you some time to get some coins before it gets more difficult.
