I stumbled over on Bitcointalk by accident. I searched for a centralized service coin of a community I was a member at. And Google showed me Bitcoin on the first search result. I was curious and did some research. By doing this research I came to BTCT and registered to disucss.

This is a bit skewed lol.

The reason why you found this forum is because of the reddit thread thats been popular and the word bitcoin is ranked in the top page in google with this forum lol.

So you really had no choice but to come here.   As for me, I found this forum through cnn article that was linking here.

I don't know about this.  It is a good place to learn a lot of things like mining, altcoins, and ton's of other things.  But I really like sites like coindesk for quick news.   Granted I do read both, but I think there are some good sites that are better off for news.

But I would agree in a way "knowledge" is why many come here.   And is a good reason to stay.

Exactly, this is the best, genuine and one of the finest forum to earn bitcoin, I am only earning from signature campaign but I am pretty satisfied with it.

I got into doing bitcoins first in around 2011 when the price is pretty cheap. I read an online eBook about mining at that time, and I went to a talk about bitcoin. It pretty much amazed me.

So then I searched up as much as I could about bitcoin. Of course, I had to come across the bitcoin forum. I didn't register an account back then... It was only at about 2014 when I registered my first account. The conversations going on here are just fantastic.
