Dividends have been sent.

All shares are now accounted for. We ended up with 39,850 claimed and I purchased the last 150 for myself. I may give these away at a later date if I can think of an interesting and fun way to do so.

I shall now focus 100% on work.

Thanks to everyone for a successful offer and I look forward to making money with all current investors.

Cheers

Like to the people that bought in early enough to be part of your first dividend and first investors Smiley

Normally I wouldn't even bother responding to you, but I need to keep my name clear because I'm running a security now. I am not ABitInterested - I contacted him very early on and, after much hesitation, he finally let me see the site. Before doing that, he looked over my LinkedIn and Facebook and, in his words, stated that he didn't see any reason for me to be malicious towards him or the site. For that reason, and because I was looking to be the second (first of any substantial size) investor, he allowed me to see the site.

Originally, he wasn't planning for anyone to see the site, but clearly the community needed some sort of proof that it does, in fact, exist. It exists, I've seen it, and it's legitimate.

Do you really think that if I was planning to scam people that I couldn't come up with something better than this? I'm able to write up an 11 page contract in extreme detail about a very complicated derivative security. As an actual investment, this is a pretty good offering. As a scam, this would be beyond half-assed.

No, I wouldn't have invested without seeing the site. You, however, did and you're going to have to live with it. ABitInterested has said multiple times that he will not show the site to anyone further and his reasons for doing so:

No, I just prefer everything to be above-board and visible to all. Working through an exchange is one way of ensuring that, otherwise we just have to trust your word that you're successful and that these people are being paid out.

You won't even provide us a link to your site. As if internet porn sites are somehow secret and precious.

Had I known how to use an exchange from day one I would have. At this point, with less than 3,000 shares remaining I don't see much of a difference.

I will not provide a link to the site, this was disclosed up front and multiple times. There are several reasons for this and since it was disclosed up front there isn't anything else to say about it.

1) I don't want my personal or forum names linked to the site.

2) I do not want anyone knowing that site x makes $xx,xxx per year. Most sites of this nature make a few thousand per year tops. I have no interest in anyone snooping into specific income streams, marketing techniques or anything else. I've been around long enough to know better and if that stops you or someone else from investing that is fine. Pass it up.

There are other reasons but those two alone are enough. At least two forum members have seen the site and one has referenced it here, even though it is detrimental to him with the silly accusations.

I've invested 1.2 BTC into this venture and another .15BTC when buying shares from bitcoinmiami. If ABitInterested starts missing dividend payments, feel free to call this a scam. Until then, keep a lid on it - people don't go around calling friedcat a scammer because he doesn't reply to their emails about the next generation of AM chips. They just keep getting dividends.

If ABitIntersted does a runner, I've got his information and I'll be happy to broadcast it to the world.

I know you're all concerned because you need money at the moment, but that doesn't change the facts about this investment.

I'm tired of this back-and-forth, so anyone else who thinks that I'm ABitInterested can reference this post from here on out.

You write like him.
You sure use the same logic - "...I couldn't come up with something better than this? I'm able to write up an 11 page contract..."
How does aping DMS prove your mad scam fu?
Absurd.

TwentySeventy why wont your other personality reply to me then to see the site? I have 1000 shares. "No, I wouldn't have invested without seeing the site. You, however, did and you're going to have to live with it." I really hope you're right and this is legit because you guys will have to live with what comes next and i'm sorry for that.

Gotta say, if you felt uncomfortable earlier you shouldn't have invested. But you did and now you've got to live with it.

How often does Microsoft issue statements to its investors? Or Apple? Or Amazon? That's right - rarely. So sit back and shut up and wait to see what happens. You've been invested less than a month. If you insist on investing outside of an exchange, on your own head be it. If you want someone to buy you out - post it around and good luck.

The more muck you spread about your purchase however, the less likely someone will buy you out.

Grow up, take your medicine and don't do stupid shit like sending money to an obvious scammer again.

Show some maturity dude... Grow up and own your purchases.

You invested based on greed and now you are demanding your money back. I guarantee you you won't get it. If you're that determined to get rid of the shares then post an offer or advise your intention to accept bids here. There are still people buying (I would consider buying more).

By the way this whole ABI is TwentySeventy thing is ridiculous. It is not the most stand-up thing to do to throw around baseless assertions that could damage someone's rep. Get some proof first before you broadcast things like that. And there are two people here who have seen the site, why are you singling TwentySeventy out? Oh that's right because he is responding to your trolling and making himself an easy target. Grow up....

I'm really sorry for what comes next but the seeds have been planted.

Yep, next dividend period ends tomorrow. ABitInterested has said that it may take another day or two send the dividends in the future (since he may be converting from fiat to BTC), not sure if that will apply to this dividend round.

TwentySeven, since you seem to be the only one who can get in touch with ABitInterested, could you tell him to come in this thread and calm people down so every post isn't about him running away with people's money?

If he has run off with our money (which i'm hoping he hasn't) at least TwentySeventy can reveal the website since he's the only one that's seen it. Isn't that right TwentySeventy. So if it does turn out to be a scam you will be revealing the website to everyone yes?

Good point. You will do that if it all turns out to be a scam, right?

Because you and he aren't just the same guy posting under two aliases, right?

The site's totally real and 100% legit.  The reason OP doesn't want anyone to know the address is there's no way for him to verify you're over 18.
I've seen it, and it's totally awesome.  But now I can't stop fapping.  Halp!

Some of you are nuts.

Whether someone tells me everyone here is freaking out or not I will not come here every single day to put out fires that don't exist. I have no interest in arguing with ghosts.

I will not share the URL, stated this since day one and restated every time I have been asked.

I will not respond to trolls. mainline can kiss my ass.

I will not "provide proof" that I am not someone else. The idiots here keep accusing me of being twentyseventy and if they paid attention they would see I know very little about Bitcoin itself and twentyseventy has some Bitcoin stuff that makes my head spin. I am not him, or anyone else. If I had another account name on this forum I wouldn't have posted an IPO WITH A 1 DAY OLD ACCOUNT.

I stopped by to tell everyone that payments will go out as soon as I receive payment and convert it to BTC instead of early this period. Before the trolls start I have mentioned this multiple times in these threads. Payment should be received on Wednesday or Thursday and I use Coinbase so the conversion should be instant / quick.

$200 is to be deducted starting this period for the server bill as mentioned previously.

I will post the totals tomorrow as the period ends midnight PST.

I guess everyone can get back to their shenanigans now. The funny part is all of this drama started after it didn't matter anymore. Carry on, I have work to do.
