That's kind of odd. I've bought some BTC online multiple times below but then it's just fill in the amount of BTC, an address, go to the payment options (like paypal, creditcard, iDeal, etc) and the BTC are sent.
Those sites also have direct links to exchanges to keep the price up-to-date. Yours seems to be just plain text which isn't a good thing in quite a volatile market.
