Im looking to create a simple webwallet where members could create an account, store, send, and receive bitcoin. Before I start I wanted to see if there is software on github where I might have a start. Does anyone know?

Be very wary of relying on JavaScript for security on sites such as blockchain.info and brainwallet.org. The site can change the JavaScript at any time unless you take unusual precautions, and browsers are not generally known for their airtight security.

By members do you mean you yourself or several people?

For a online wallet I'd go with blockchain.info. Make sure to set up 2 factor authentication.
