You pick the doge you like, enter your receive address, enter your name. Enter your captcha, and the doge is reserved for you for some minutes.
Afterwards you transfer the money in the given timeframe, and the doge becomes yours for the ammount of time is listed there.
If someone rebuys the doge from you, you get the moneis, if not your get the consolation prize.

I had a 0.1 doge transaction fee taken off of my incoming payment so I wasn't able to pay in time. I sent an email, so please refund my account when you have a chance. I made a second transfer in the meantime for a different doge
