Where can I buy BTC  in the US safely?

I only ever see negative reviews, Im just looking for something I can use paypal to buy BTC with hopefully low fees.

PayPal is not good payment method to buy Bitcoins. A lot of risk for seller you make chargeback. Expect high fees if you find fool someone accepting PayPal

ya do not use Paypal, unless like me you just absolutely have to try every option.

Coinbase seems like another good option too.
