Having looked in to the legal implications of starting a BTC Business I'm very happy to announce the fledgling http://bitbacco.co.uk/BitCoin's first tobacconist! England only for now I'm afraid, although if all goes well we'll soon expand to Wales and Northern Ireland - I believe if I were to sell to Scotland I would need a license so sorry Scots! Trades are still manually operated for now. I pledge to maintain customer support both on the site and here on the forums. Any advice for getting trade started and a reputable name would be much appreciated! Apologies for the currently limited stock, once I've been in contact with manufacturers the product range will increase dramatically.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Damn, is that considered a good price in US/EU ? $15 a packet of 20 cigarettes?
I pay about 1/4 of that in my country o_0

The only other place I've seen cigarettes as expensive as in the UK is in NYC, but that was a few years ago.. These are the best cigarettes about though, most brands have over 400 chemical additives you won't find in these so the flavour is great! They retail just under £7($12) in the UK but I was taking into account the currently fluctuating BTC prices.. I've put the prices down now and I'll hope for stability! Also, If anyone wants to place an order for another (possibly cheaper) brand, let me know here and I'll add stock just for you

I'm sorry I won't be a customer of yours in the near future because I have given up smoking On another topic, I had a look at the site and noticed you use the OpenCart software. I had successfully tested OpenCart using a module to accept Bitcoins but it used MyBitcoin.com which is no longer operating. If you don't mind me asking, how do you implement the sales in Bitcoin using OpenCart these days?

Hehe, well, congratulations anyway I did look in to the options of OpenCart/ZenCart before I set up, but I'm running on a remote server so I don't think I can install bitcoind which it seems all the solutions for ZenCart require, and yes unfortunately there are no options for OpenCart now that mybitcoin is down so at present transactions are manual - users are emailed a receiving address following receipt of order - or as it's early days, I'll consider escrow options, I'm not sure whether that's regular/reliable though. I am following this thread with interest though: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=37108.0and looking in to whether walletbit have a trustworthy service. It says on their website they support OpenCart so I have my fingers crossed!
