I saw that I no longer have it when I logged in to btct.co. Where did it go? Do I become a direct stock holder? Is there an instruction I miss?

All remaining BTCT shares of ASICMINER-PT have been converted into direct shares, registered to the public BTC address associated with the BTCT account.

You can ask for validation from the asset issuer, you cannot login to see that you own the stocks.  You can probably see shares transferred under your history, but that's about it.  As long as your account was linked to a signable bitcoin address, you are hopefully good to go...I'd double check with the issuer.  Hopefully colored coins will be the solution soon once and for all.

I know I own some asicminer stocks. I don't know how many. How do I check?
