There is no reason to believe Wareen Buffet. He says bitcoin is a non productive asset class... Look, everyone who is into bitcoin is into bitcoin because they think this non productive asset class will one day become productive world currency...

It is interesting to see that WWarren Buffett says bitcoin is 'rat poison' and bitcoin price jumped by 3%, rather than falling down.

Just because he’s a very successful investor doesn’t mean that he is right about every investment that he has ever made in his life. He is definitely not a seer and hasn’t been right at all times about his investments.

Nope.  I love Warren and have followed his advice with great success on long term investments in solid stocks.  But in this case, I believe he is wrong because he doesn’t understand enough about this ermerging technology.  He traditionally only invests in industries he understands and only recently invested in his first technology company, Apple.  One can argue that ibm is also a technology company, but that’s debatable in this time and age.  I think ibm is more of a services company at this point.

If someone knows about bitcoin properly, he won't have said all those stuffs. Bitcoin is growing everyday and it is making people employed and people are making great profit out of it. So, i really don't understand why he said those things about bitcoin

Certainly not. He knows very less about bitcoin and making comment on bitcoin without any valid ground. I think he is trying to mislead crypto investors.I would suggest all not to believe in such bullshits.

He is a very rich man + very old man. He is probably saying what he really feels when asked in the media. He is just not saying to manipulate the market. Think about it.

He does not has a shortage of money when he is giving millions of dollars every year to charity

For me; Bitcoin is already a currency.
I understand your comment has to deal with the price fall of bitcoin; well that's nothing new. You consider Warren Buffet without considering the stance of Bill Gates who is not just a tech enthusiast but into development as well. Who amongst them is supposed to understand this business the more? Definitely Bill Gates.

Going by my own opinion i'; say Warren Buffet is wrong.
Except if he's trying to pull down the price and then buy in, that i'll understand.
For now?
He's wrong!

I don't think Warren Buffet himself doesn't understand bitcoin. I think he does. He probably sees far into the future that it's not bitcoin itself that makes the greatest impact. Probably, he is waiting for a product derived from bitcoin/blockchain that makes a more significantly tangible social impact.
