How does one go about changing their bloody profile pic? ..providing their own, not the generic graphics of btc hearts and ugly celebrity mugs?

Every time I choose a new file and hit "change profile", it reverts back to the previous avatar.

Cheers!

You need to reach the rank of Full Member before you can set an avatar.

Avatars
Full Member and up only.
It must be no more than 120px wide, 80px tall, and 100 KiB in size. It must be a PNG, GIF, or JPEG image. It must be safe for work.

Maybe you could put together here:

This member has the same issue.

This is unrelated to your friends getting demoted issue as this account doesn't have an avatar yet. If you look at the date in OP of this thread it backs up what I was saying about the change in 2013.

Are you fucking kidding me? The query was asked 4 years and 2 months ago. Pretty sure the user who asked isn't going to care much on your reply. The link that you have posted has a totally different scenario. Not only are you spamming, you're posting off-topic reply and bringing back a really old topic back to life.

Oops, didn't see the date of first post. But I didn't bring back an old thread. Kindly read the threads carefully, before accusing other members in a rude way. Mistakes can happen, but obviously not that often good manner.

Don't mistaken me to be rude. Rather take that as negative motivation  Wink.
People need motivation, you know. So I am helping you out.
