As I am reading their white paper, I was amazed of how this project gives opportunities and providing healthcare in using blockchain.

This is truly have a potential since its the combination of healthcare and financial institution but the real question here is what are the things they will do to make this project work. I know it is early to know that. But a brief explanation about that will do.  I hope someone here will help us to know more the plan in the future of this team.

Are you referring about their road map or plans after they reach their target amount? You can find some information about their plans after the ICO and when they will use the proceeds. There is a table in their white paper.

Are the developers not worried about the bearish pricing both eth and btc has? Will they adjust allocation of token if btc is back at $10k again?

Maybe  they are not worried with the current market price because right now they are focusing on how to  build and support the needs of researchers.

I agree on you both. The team are not worried about the market because they want to focus on the project itself since this ICO is a combination of healthcare technology and a financial solutions. Maybe the team also believe that once the project is well prepared the market won't affect the success of the ICO.

Maybe because they have their own healthcare system in their country and Aenco's target clients are from other countries like here in Asia and to other countries as well since they are the ones who created the project they probably considered themselves as the facilitators of this project and decided not to participate to their token sale.
