So can somebody combine a feature list for this? I am looking for a project to do.
Do you need a site that just shows you a Bitcoin address, waits an hour for confirmation and then allows to download a file, or more like iTunes, where the customer puts some coins into his account and then is able to purchase smaller files (like songs) instantly?

as far as this here goes:
from a providers' side:
- upload something to the service
- specify a price
- get paid every X BTC in my wallet minus a fee
- the thing should be deleted once noone has d/l'd it for X months (might affect the fee, maybe?)
from buyers side:
- goto link
- send BTC to adress displayed
- some randomly generated PW which is good for 24h
