What do you mean by how would i sell it? You can edit the address, name and all that you use for verifying the account.

Then comes the hacking claims, you get your account back and the buyer loses. Buy BTC with it and transfer it out.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this: 

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Well, I can buy BTC with it but it still won't make any difference as withdrawing BTC also requires verification?

Have you tried to withdraw BTC? I don't recall any issues or unusual ID requirements for this method.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:
