Arcah is a decentralized Ethereum-based ERC-20 Token which lays down a foundation of Arcah's own blockchain.
Arcah Token can be swapped for Arcahcoin later on with 10:1 ratio, this takes place after Arcah blockchain gets developed and deployed.
The Arcah network will be maintained by masternodes and it can also be staked and mined via GPU's only as it will be using ASIC resistant POS/POW hybrid algorithm PHI.

That error has been fixed, thanks for letting us know. Accounts registered AFTER March 25 are not eligible, is the right way.

First version of the Website, Twitter and Telegram/Slack will be released within 36 hours. Website will include the Whitepaper V.1, team list, and a possibility for people to join the future test-net which will be rewarded with tokens allocated for Bounties.

No reason to block it. They can just leave it as it is and move on. And even if you report it I doubt that moderators will take time to investigate the case. Not their job I guess.
