1) what profit for 30000 coins masternode?
2) how to start masternode on the Windows and non static IP ?

1250 ETHO/month for 30000 coin node.

We currently don't support Windows nodes due to instability and security problems when exposing it to the internet.
You will definitely need a fairly static IP address to run a node because all the checks rely on the IP address not changing.  You can certainly run on a changing IP address but you will need to redo the registration every time your IP address changes. I would not advise running the 30000 node on a consumer connection because of the high bandwidth utilization.

is it possible to rent a server so as not to change the operating system and dynamic ip?  similarly Allnodes.com, my Dash masternode worked  there

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

First Governance Council!

We've published out very first ECP (Ether-1 Community Proposal) which will kick start Decentralized Governance by creating a Provisional Leadership Council which will consist of 7 community members/contributors/team members.
The provisional leadership council will work along side the existing Ether-1 team to decide on some immediate project needs, direction and to test and then finalize the rules/protocols which are needed to implement a fully functional decentralized governance system. The provisional council will be elected by the Ether-1 community.

If you'd like to run for a seat on the provisional council you can do so by nominating yourself and publishing your ideas/directions for the project to head in on the ECP Thread and in discord. You can read the entire ECP here: https://github.com/Ether1Project/ECPs/issues/1 ECP-1 is extremely important and we encourage everyone to get involved with the provisional leadership council discussion on Github and propose any changes you'd like to see.

What is an ECP? An ECP is an Ether-1 Community Proposal, these are put forward for the advancement of the Ether-1 Ecosystem and direction the project follows. We look forward to seeing the provisional council form and working with the provisional council Members.

We are now only about 5 days from the Kronos fork block. We need all node owners to make sure they are updated to the latest version by block 3.8 million in order to continue receiving rewards uninterrupted. If you have any difficulties updating your nodes you can contact an ether-1 team member in for help.

ethoFS Reward Distribution Starts after Block 4 Million!

The commencement of the ethoFS hosting fee distribution process will distribute all ethoFS hosting proceeds directly to Gateway Node (GN), Masternode (MN) and Service Node (SN) owners' wallets! The reward split will be the same as the block reward split with SNs getting 1x, MNs getting 4x and GNs getting 8x. There will be no service charge or dev fee taken out, 100% of all rewards will go directly to node operators' wallets.

More information will be provided as we get closer to block 4 million. The ether-1 team is working on making this block number very special for the node operators who are the lifeblood of ethoFS.

-------

Also, the http://ether1.cloud team is happy to announce the creation of a ETHO mining pool at http://ethopool.ether1.cloud.

It has somewhat of a learning curve yes, But overall this is one of the first delivering a fairly user friendly usecase where you would have to deploy some tech skills anyway to accomplish what it currently accomplishes,
