EDIT: Nevermind, after looking closely at the fans on the card, the 2nd one is barely spinning.  Seems to be an issue with the card, will have to repair or replace it.  I'd delete the post, but apparently I don't have the rights to do that.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

those VRMs are rated for around 125 degrees but I think 108 is way too hot. If you're feeling brave I'd try to reseat the heatsink. Other than that just RMA it. Looks like the cooler isn't making a good contact with those VRMs
