Don't deal with more than your willing to lose on cryptsy all at once.

My withdrawal of BTC got delayed on cryptsy and didn't show up as a pending transaction.
So I sent a mail to the support.
Later I got my BTC. And a reply.
Confusing. Seems like I am the only one.

But hearing all these bad comments about cryptsy I think that I won't use their service again.
Coinex is doing much better, there are only 2 guys working on this trading/mining service and they perform better than others. (Has some downtimes too, but they reply to your tickets and you see them around on the public chat every day. THIS is what I call trustworthy. Even though a bunch of coins got lost since they upgraded their system - but I am sure they come back since everything is logged and they are always around.)

They are overloaded at the moment with support requests.  You are gonna have to wait.  This has happened to me a few times, and although I have got my coins back, I am only depositing there what I can afford to lose.

You should do the same.
