Would it be possible to make a coin mineable by only 1st generation usb asic's? You know the ones with 300 mh/s

Does one already exist? Would this even be a good idea?

no, all the asics do the same type of calculation. or you have to hard enforce detection in the client, which is almost impossible to do without people cheating.

Yes and it has been made. It was called Mediterranean coin or something.
