The Photoshop manipulation is painfully obvious, this "evidence" should be inadmissible.  One the aspect is completely altered on the Galaxy Tab and two they freakin' removed the Samsung name on their picture?!  WTF, Apple....Just one more reason to hate you.  In case anyone here hasn't noticed Apple has become "the man".  First they got AT&T/police to trace a stolen iPhone2 prototype and now they have become patent Nazis trying to sue HTC, Samsung, and Kodak.  They remind me of McDonalds now with all the ridiculous lawsuits not really trying to protect their product, only their market share.  If you haven't read about McDonalds' crazy lawsuits you should check this out to see what's in store for Apple:
