Yeah it is. Many investor still hold cash because waiting Aug, 10. Hopes all go thru as expectations so more investor will return to the market again and Btc will soar over $20k. But i think price now it seems stable at above regions 8k, because we don't it will fall again to below 8k, isn't it.
