It's risky to sell bitcoins to someone else for PayPal balance. You can give to Bitmarket.eu or Bitcoin-OTC a try, there are people trading bitcoins to paypal balance but be careful.

They charge many fees and you should convert USD to Linden and then Lindens to BTC.

There are so many options for cashing out of bitcoins ... why PayPal?

If you are in the U.S., many exchanges offer withdrawal to your bank account with ACH.  (just like how withdrawing from PayPal to a linked bank account works).

If you are in the SEPA zone in the E.U, there are multiple exchanges that offer the ability for you to withdraw to your bank account as a SEPA transfer

For Canada, same thing -- easy bank transfer.

For those without a bank account, perhaps a family member or trusted friend would accept a bank transfer as a favor to you.  And then have it sent via PayPal from there, if you still really want PayPal after that.

There are many options:

If you want to deal with BTC and PayPal, it's best just to donate your BTC to a good cause, so when you "lose" them you won't be surprised and it will go to a good cause.

If you're looking to "lose" USD via PayPal, you can always shop on ebay.

Seriously. Steer well clear of Paypal when u deal in Bitcoins. Stick to bank wire transfer only.

Either suck it up and pay the fees on Mt. Gox, or use one of these exchanges that have zero fees:

http://britcoin.co.uk - GBP
http://intersango.com - EUR / Any
