From Bitcoin to micro-cap stock help??

hi,
I have been involved in bitcoin trading for some time now and im looking to exspand into the micro-cap (penny stock) market but have no idea where to start. Can anyone recommend an online stock broker with low fees, demo account and micro-cap advantages in the uk ?? is there anywhere i can get good info on those things (dedicated forums for micro-cap stock)?? Hope i posted this in the right place.
