So in the past I've used the cash deposit/moneygram system to get my bitcoins to my blockchain wallet.  However, today when I went to blockchain, the cash deposit option isn't even there (just the bank, ping it, and phone deposit options). So what's happening?

You get merit points when someone likes your post enough to give you some. And for every 2 merit points you receive, you can send 1 merit point to someone else!
