I need to buy alot of 16x to 16x powered risers and 1x to 16x risers. They are out of stock everywhere. I even tried to buy from a chinese supplier and no one has these things. Where can I find a reliable source? I need 20 of each.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

They are still available on Ebay, just bought 10 16x-16x and 10 1x-16x

Delivery time will probably be a few weeks though Sad

I ordered mine from here two weeks ago and they arrived with no problems, even though I am living outside the U.S. The owner responds to email fairly quickly if you have any questions. I think he mentioned the other day on his website that they still have some in stock. They even accept coins for payment.
