BTER help

I need help contacting someone from BTER.

A few weeks ago I made a deposit of 100 DTC that never arrived.  I have attempted to contact them multiple times over the past few weeks, emailing both support@bter.com and admin@bter.com but getting no response.  After a week or so of no response I even transferred a couple of coins as a test and they arrived in my account just fine.  The transaction for the 100 DTC is showing plenty of confirmations, it was deducted from my wallet, just never arrived in my account at BTER.

Does anyone know of another way to contact someone at BTER?  I know there is a person on the forum from that site however I can not PM anyone yet, just post to Newbies hoping for help.  Any help is appreciated.

I'm having trouble with bter as well,  withdraws are not working.  Customer support used to be very responsive but I am getting nothing back from emails as well.  I remember a forum member named freeworm was doing support for them at one point, gonna give that a shot.  I have even tried downloading the QQ messenger and getting in touch with support that way, but everyone is offline.  Very frustrating.

Have you folks had any luck in resolving these issues? I have some coin stuck in BTER and just get a blank page when I try to withdrawal. All attempts to contact support via email and QQ have gone unsuccessful.

Bter is an excellent exchange.

I also had an issue with them they keep withdrawing my funds. Scam.
