The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

You should make the max amount of coins dynamic, based on our federal deficit. We'd never run out!

I can only mine at 50khash/s.  What am I subsidized up to?  I expect no less than 500khash/s, to be fair and equal.  We'll work out the electricity costs at another time.

I'm trying to compile it with Mingw using some instructions I found for bitcoin  Grin (as you can see, I'm a total newb in what comes to coding, but I've managed to make openssl and berkleydb already so I'm getting close!) Don't relay on me on this thou, someone with skills would do it in matter of minutes, I think.

"impossible to premine"...  bullshit it gets premined now because there is no windows wallet and 90% of the world uses windows and not something else

Well, it might start as a joke, but when the coin cap is reached, inflation will suddenly grind to a halt, and everyone will have a stash roughly proportional to how long they mined and how much they invested...
I think this is actually a very fair minting rate. Now, I haven't checked whether the coin limit can humanly be reached Tongue

90% of the humanity is zombied by BG. That's a pity.

BTW, what sort of paper is more suitable for this printing facility?

We already have Bernankoin, they are called USD. I have some in my wallet right now, and the value is evaporating as I type this!

Thanks for making this coin, the first post was comedy gold.
