If English is not is your primary language, the best way is to get a tutor. The most important thing to master is the eight parts of speech "Noun, Verb, Pronoun, Adverb, Adjective, Conjunction, Preposition and interjection".

Improve your ability to use grammar by looking at how grammar is used by authors. Read the different types of writing styles, such as classic literature, fantasy novels, essays, articles, biographies ... Please attention to sentence structure, word order, spelling and speech creation and language of the authors. Reading these materials will help you improve your English writing skills. As you read more, you will learn to use words, sentences, ... in the most scientific and standard way. You can also create your own habit of listening to the radio, listening to English news every day to collect grammatical structures commonly used in spoken language. From there, apply to your English communication process.

 thanks

English grammar more er less easy.
All you need is just practice, practice and practice.

More different exercises both written and audio. Try to play with someone in a dialogue and correct if the saying was wrong.

I was a bit headache of my English professor during 4th year high school.  I even got 65% on the 3rd quarter and just got lucky to made it passed by the last quarter and graduated.  But, through reading English books like encyclopedia, comics, watching English movies, speaking the language with other nationalities, I managed to learn how to be good English speaker and even very good in writing.  I just realized that I have already knew English since high school days, only that I just felt not confident at all to express it.

This might not be helpful to you, but I'm finding that the same method works for learning non-native languages as well:

When I had to learn grammar rules, I just went with what sounded right and it was always correct. The rules were rarely applicable in real life, and most people don't even use or learn them. Therefore, it was more helpful to just read books and passively learn the "rules" than to try to do rote learning or to actively learn proper/formal grammar.

My advice is to learn from the right person. Look for an English teacher who really has the right skills and educational background.

How to study well English grammar?
My advice is to learn English grammar through books. You should read children's books and English books. If not, then you should buy bilingual funny books to read both entertainment and remember the grammar structure used inside. From there, learn, take notes to apply when needed.
And, what is your advice?
You are right. and this is a good directions. Also those who want to lean English properly they have to read a huge vocabulary. They should read English news paper and English grammar books. Thus they can know the rules of grammar.
