What are the qualities and attributes of an ideal cryptocurrency or blockchain?

Although Bitcoin, Ethereum, et al., may be Directionally and Conceptually Correct,
they are far from being Seamless Monetary Eco-System Solutions.

The Monetary Eco-System must be Trustless, Decentralized, Anonymized and 'Secured' by
Validated Eco-System GDP. Driving Rate of Adoption, Fungibility, Network Services, Exchange and Utility Values.

A Cryptocurrency Ecosystem or Cryptosphere Capable of Meeting the Needs of Hundreds of Millions of Consumers,
Traders and Trans-Actors on a Truly Global Scale.

Right now the hundeds/thousands of cryptocurrencies are exploring possibilities---trying new features, experimenting to find out what works best and what leads to problems.
 Ideal cryptocurrency or blockchain can have certain things
Anonymity
High transaction speed
Widely distributed mining
Low power consumption / ecologically friendly
Censorship resistance
PoW / PoS computation performs useful work
Regulatory approval
Low resource requirements for network nodes
Low transaction fees

Would like to revive the discussion, as I think it an important question for the community at large.

In that spirit, perhaps this link to a concept paper would provide utility to jump-start the discussion.

Its just bits and pieces in outline form; still a work in process.

It doesn't have to be something new but also, it doesn't have to be a copy of the current ones in the market. For example Ethereum with smart contracts or Iota's Tangle are good examples. They both offered something new and showed improvement.
