Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I don't understand...why am I only getting 0-1 active connections to my server from my wallet, and 0 confirms?  Can you guys whose transactions are actually going through do us all a favor and keep the price high the rest of the night?

Maybe Cryptsy is manually processing deposits or something.

10 Doges sold for 0.1 BTC - Just wow!  Shocked

lol, well sadly the seller, unless it is Vern, is unlikely to ever see that 0.1 BTC.

Try to add some more nodes to your dogecoin.conf:

I have two transactions:
1 has 25 confirmations already
another 20 confirmations.

The first (the earliest) I don't see at all. The second is still "pending deposit".
Kind of weird.
does it says "pending deposit" on cryptsy?

Yes, there is a column "pending deposit" in list of all balances. So I can see amount from the second transactions there.

If you see your coins at least as pending then you are a lucky one Smiley.

Well, as I said, I had two transactions, and only the latter one is showing as pedning. So the first 70k DOGE I still don't see.

And trust me, in this column it doesn't make any difference. Smiley

The funny thing is that coinedup.com may not have a flashy website, their website might be a little slow and maybe they don't even charge any fees, but I sent some doges there yesterday and today... they showed up after 3 confirmations, like literally. I saw the transaction in my wallet go to 3 confirmations, I refreshed coinedup and there they were. I literally moved coins there, sold them and transferred my BTC out in like less than 5 minutes. I'm sure they have no where near the volume that Cryptsy has, but that's really how it should work.

once crpytsy deposit issues are resolved millions of DOGE will be dumped onto the bid...looks like ~.00000101 - .00000500 is the true value of the coin, everything else is foolish bids to try to attract others to bid....don't be scammed

No, the problem is on the receiver side. Probably they cant read the wallets, or can't commit the results to the database.
