Is this become legal to accept the bitcoin as a payment there on Swiss? I have noticed on Coindesk once some of the states in Swiss looking to adopt and pass their bill on assemblies to accept BTC. After that there is no news about it.
If government does not accept the bitcoin as a payment how you will proceed with the legal documentation works mate.

The seller has to (obviously) agree to accept bitcoin in the first place, not the government. You will have to pay any tax (i.e. land registry) that originate from the process in fiat though. Our notaries closed such deals already in Switzerland and Italy.

Our exchange partner is Bitcoin Suisse.
As for Bithome's team I'm still reluctant to disclose any names and partner professionals since we're not yet a formally constituted company.
