LOL, if you share the information about group sharing the details with the image means what to do for it.
We need go use the image sharing website like imgur to share the image on Bitcointalk forum.
Still you will not be able to add the image directly on this forum.

And to resize it simply insert width and height.
[img PUT THE WIDTH AND HEIGHT HERE][/img]
[img width=200 height=150] PUT THE DIRECT LINK OF THE IMAGE HERE[/img]
