Any project that claims to have a guaranteed success into its investors would be considered as a total scam on my part. Even though it is being mentioned out to be a utility token but i dont really like to invest to those who do make claims or do give assurance out into its investors. It is hard to predict the success of the project at the time of ICO because even many project had failed in the history so it is called as risky investment.But nowadays 8/10 projects are turning into scams so ICOs are losing attention from the investors.

Hesitations would really be always there specially when they do proclaim or do somehow assure you that you would profit. Just like what op said with this line "getting the biggest bang out of your buck."
The business model is ideal and good but giving out assurance is not really a good thing or indication on my investment ideas. It already raises a red flag for me.

As stated previously by several here, no ICO is a guaranteed success. With the number of ICOs nowadays compared to years past, the odds are even worse... more likely to get scammed than find a winner.
