Any idea what to do with OKpay?

Hello,
I've sent money to okpay by wire transfer 3 weeks ago and my account is not funded yet and I dont get any replies to my tickets. Does anyone have an idea about what to do? Thank you

Have you tried using Google translate to send tickets in Russian? There have been a lot of people complaining about OK pay.

I'd just keep at them and hope for the best.
