I am also having issues withdrawing Dimcoin from them. They are quite unprofessional and do not respond to support tickets.
I am already in discussion with UK financial lawyers and will be talking with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) which is the UK regulator to get them shut down and arrested on financial crime charges.
Below is their legal registration info in the UK. I urge all UK and EU citizens to also contact the FCA as well.

HitBTC is driving me mad. The withdrawal fees are outrageous and the time to process withdrawals is unacceptable.
Did anyone on earth (or in this forum) have any good experience with withdrawals lately?
I'm planning to sell all my coins to either LTC or some other coin with reasonable fees and time once the market is backt to normal to withdraw my whole balance and never come back.
Then I hope they get sued for their behavior and go down.

It indeed will be the end of hitbtc. i just checked BTC deposit fee, it's 0.0006 BTC / 6 USD. i don't know if it's one time fee or for each incoming deposit? i don't use hitbtc much, i'm interested in only few alts they've listed, i guess i'll trade it on ED then. |

Tx HASH: 0xc0427154a022bdf4a40eed184b0414e60fba76c04015a697bc3fb2638b554728 I'm waiting over 26 hours and i've sent 3 letters to support team but they said me just: Dear Trader, Thank you for reporting to us! Unfortunately, TRX deposits take more time than expected. Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience. Our team is fully aware of the issue and the solution is already on the way. As you can find your transaction on the blockchain, it means that your transaction has been successfully committed and the funds have reached the destination address. Are you serious? I can't believe that. They would be digging their own grave. Why should somebody put money on your Exchange only if you let them pay for it? I really don't get it. When you're forced to implement such measures there must be something seriously wrong with your whole calculations. |

Do not make any deposits to this exchange at all. They take $50 as a deposit fee but you will wait forever for the funds to appear.
Etherdelta went to shit, this one is the next.

i had the same issue earlier this week , it took 3 days before i recieved my TRX in my wallet and suppert only answer with atomated emailmessage but it aal went well after 3 days waiting |

Charging for outbound transactions makes sense but paying fees for inbound deposits is nonsense. If banks were to do that, people would riot. Being an exchange doesn't exempt them from the basic decency of keeping fees at a minimum and operating honestly.
There are tons of complaints about this exchange and they haven't resolved them. Now they want more fees on top of all the unexplained account issues suffered by many here.
Look for alternatives, guys. Don't risk your coins on this exchange.

This locking and blocking of coins, accounts, funds etc are reaching epidemic proportions. For as long as deposits keep pouring into their hot wallets, they will continue doing this. The solution is to stop the inbound flow of coins until it trickles down to almost nothing. When they notice that, they will start to listen and maybe even find the time to read your volumes of unresolved tickets. Why none is working automatically? Why r u making customers to create tickets and wait for long? FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.
So you knew they have all these customers with open tickets and yet you still made that deposit. Join the club. You now need to add one new ticket to their big pile of mostly unread tickets.... and wait. Why continue sending coins to an exchange with a notoriously poor support system, one with a very blemished reputation here and elsewhere, and a less than stellar credibility? |
