Bitcoin withdrawal fee is 0.0015btc (15$)
Twitter account suspended

It's time to say goodbye to Hitbtc   Sad

It is time for HitBtc to die, enough people lost enough money because of them.  I just hope that everyone will manage to withdraw their crypto .
Today I am trying to withdraw my funds but all day have no access to site any other person have this problem every time I am trying to access message appears access denied.

All you need to do is contacting the support team instead of spreading panic in the community.

Yes we can, I am not interested in philosophy just in amount of money i lose with each withdraw.
On this list of more than 80 exchanges they are in top 3  most expensive regarding the fees.

It seems they are happy to selective scam users but cannot afford to pay for a support team.

Their automatic messages are a joke especially for those trying to withdraw funds to get them out of this scam HitBTC

Even small deposits are no longer safe on hitbtc. 15 bucks has been stolen. Of course, for security reasons and in accordance with international AML policies.

If they are now stealing $15 worth of crypto from users it means HitBTC really are scraping the barrel now.

Their finances must be in a mess if they have stooped that low.

If that is true then it shows the level of disgrace that HitBTC have fallen to.

The authorities need to consider if there is enough evidence to close down their website.

Why was it rejected? I just withdrew $48 ETH paying $8 as fee without getting any such message and I have never completed KYC on Hitbtc. May be they are doing it just to new accounts?

Just keep replying to their emails as $50 is such a small amount and they shouldn't harass customers for such small amounts.

It isnt a gambling site for it to hold their deposits without doing any trade ups.Yes,$50 isnt really that big for them to hold off.
You paid up $8 fee for ETH? What a horrible thing for you to accept on.. If they are doing this for new accounts then its really a disgrace.
One question, why people do consider out to trade with this exchange?

$8 fees? Serious? That's nearly 0.05 ETH. Why don't you use another exchange which requires you 0.01 ETH to withdraw? Stop giving them free money dude.

Yeah,  it was about 0.047 and I found it cheaper than paying 0.0015 fee to withdraw via BTC. The $48 I earned by selling my altcoins that were lying since a year. Other altcoins that I have deposited on hitbtc have higher withdrawal fee of $20. Using another exchange was not an option as the coins had been lying with Hitbtc since a year and I couldn't withdraw them. One year back, things were find as coins were worth $1k+ but not now.
