Please add XRB

Hello! We would be happy to if XRB Team contacts us to discuss possible cooperation. Here is where tokens can submit their proposals: https://hitbtc.com/add-token.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I think this is just like "futures trading", the coin does not exist and you are speculating that when it is released the price will go up.
The thing I don't understand is where do all the Bitcoins go that being used to buy these futures (there are other coins that do this), does HitBTC effectively get a free loan of your money ?

Nobody understand that, it's never been made clear.

If it's HitBTC own internal supply of BTC then they should at least said how many that was.

IOU are not futures, You're supposed to be able to take the opposite side of the future for price discovery.

I hear that HitBTC are to be listing SmartCash https://smartcash.cc/ , any news on this ?
I'd like to be able trade all my coin on a single exchange rather than have to login to two or more exchanges to trade.

This is my first deposit to hitbtc and right away I'm stuck! Which sucks big time. I never had this issue on other exchanges (bitstamp, bitfinex, bittrex, poloniex etc). I deposited 11500 XRP from bitstamp to the ripple deposit address on hitbtc about 6 hours ago and up till now it has not been credited. This is waaay longer than expected. I also deposited 0.02 ETH from myetherwallet to the hitbtc wallet to try that one out, without success either.
Please credit my XRP funds so I can at least start trading.

Hitbtc,

Ticket 35701. I’ve lost my 2FA, and I’ve already sent all the info regarding my latest transaction hash. This ticket has been opened for 10 days, and I nothing so far. Please respond! I get replies, but no resolutions. I feel as if I’ve been robbed. The same happened to me at Coinbase and Binance, and I immediately recovered my account. Can someone please address my ticket!

New listings - 17.10

Dear traders!

We are thrilled to update you on the new tokens listed on HitBTC yesterday, 17th of October.

Happy trading!

Yes, I realize you are thrilled and ecstatic and overjoyed and all that.. but I suggest setting aside these bursts of joy and seriously resolving all the complaints about unexplained transactions some of your users posted about.

There's one on the scam subforum, for example. Look into it and do something about it. it can't be a once-off glitch in your system. There is a pattern of such misappropriated coins on your exchange. Stop ignoring them.

You advertised the exchange as the perfect and best exchange on this planet. Live up to your word.

Agreed. The guy that had problems with unauthorised FUN trading definitely needs a response better than a paragraph of seemingly copy pasted text. It was obvious that something was up, if someone hacked him why would they execute these trades instead of withdrawing?

Please attend to previous problems of your site, before moving onto adding new coins.

Thank you.

Contract 0x02b2d10d17441d5d6d41170e5b5e90d37f82fa2a

I tried to transfer my ETH to my poloniex account, but it says "out of gas". The transaction stucked. I did not know it was contract address.

Can you transfer it to my Hitbtc account back please?

It took long, but they resolved my issue

Thank you Hitbtc! Yes, it was removed! I'll remove/correct any negative comments. I can trust your platform and business now. Thanks for resolving my issue! But there should have been a faster response.
