I can read so many complaints here against HitBTC which I assumed is a very legit cryptocurrency exchange/trading operator. I also have an account in HitBTC though i still have to make a withdrawal of the Bitcoin (just very small) I left in there because I sold a coin I got from an airdrop. Let's hope that HitBTC can be able to resolved all of these concerns and they will really exert all the effort necessary to gain back the lost trust of some. This is an industry which is getting to be very competitive as there are more and more exchanges/trading sites being planned to launch soon. A site which could not keep with the customers' demands might be slowly sidelined and die.
The forum strives to allow free discussion of any ideas. All policies are built around this principle. This doesn't mean you can post garbage, though: posts should actually contain ideas, and these ideas should be argued reasonably.

Slowly? HitBTC is heading to the sideline lightning fast.

HitBTC returned my funds to me and to many others who had their funds missing in the same way. Seems that we were maybe a bit too hasty in judging them. They seem to be seriously understaffed and to be experiencing substantial problems coping with the exploding popularity of their platform. Nevertheless, the problems were eventually fixed even if it took a long time.

I transferred MANA from HitbTC to Binance.
The problem is HitbTC has provided me Tx ID but I can not locate it on blockchain.

Address: 0x099be3728c6c73cd13a6dfa56a28f24bff205730
Transaction hash: 0x0144b6cc6206416c48cd84ede1acfab88b1e839fba70d2f24029c32dd8133500

Also transaction is pending since 12 hours approx. I don't know what to do. Had $850 in transaction. :/ I know about ETH current network clog but still why would a transaction dont even show up after 2 hours?

Ticket #63308 . I hope you can reply me asap and fix this issue

Withdraw all your money as soon as possible to a new hitbtc account with long password and 2 Fa.Be careful with public wifi, better always use your own point.
