Hello,

I have 2FA on my account; the 2nd step of the verification is to confirm a link sent via email.

I do not receive the email link, so cannot finish the last withdrawal step.
I've got 2FA and do not need any confirmation via email, just type a 2FA code during withdrawal process

I have 2FA, the transfer process does not give me any choice:  The last step for me is to receive a link to my email for verification.

It appears every time I try to withdrawal coins.  My last withdrawal was on December 29th-  since then I cannot withdraw anything.

I tried LTC too, cannot move it off the exchange either!

I would like to withdraw my money from HitBTC. Did anyone successfully withdraw money lately? If so which currency did you use?

I have succesfully withdrawn LTC

I tried LTC just a few minutes ago, did not work.

During the withdrawal process, did you receive a message from Hitbtc that you needed to confirm an email link ?

This is the exact quote I receive from Hitbtc each time I try to withdraw my coins, it is the final step-  I never receive an email link.  I have checked my email, it is working ok.  The last time I was able to withdraw coin was on December 29th.

Hello Hitbtc,

I am having problems withdrawing my coins for the last 4 weeks.  I do not receive an email verification for withdrawals, so the

withdrawal will not complete.  I have checked my email spam folder, etc.  There is no problem with the email itself.

I have submitted tickets:

 Ticket ID #219043.

Ticket ID #218999.

Please assist with this problem.

Thank you

Neither LTC nor BTC worked for me yesterday.
Today I could withdraw BTC for acceptable 0.001 BTC within one hour. I am happy that I managed to get my funds out and I'll be sure not to come back to HitBTC.

Is HitBTC going to list Bitcoin Interest (BTI), the Bitcoin Interest web site says that the fork has occured and that HitBTC is an "Active Partner" but I don't see BTI on the HitBTC list of coins. Any idea when/if it will be listed.

Wanted to deposit some CND coins.
I've seen DEPOSIT fee it's 500+ coins.
after a bit of calculations, it's something like $140 to deposit.
THAT'S RIDICOLOUS!!!

How can this be acceptable? this exchange will die soon.

Guess new/exotic coins are often expensive to transfer, not only on Hitbtc.

I`ve just transfered some ethereum to Hibtc, works fine for me. I think it`s still cheaper than trading real stocks. There I pay 5 $ + brokerage for buy and 5 $ + brokerage for sell.

Plus the fee, some of them charge you for keeping the shares

I have been happily using HitBTC for a while, keep in mind they have been around for a long time.

However, these new deposit fees, and the high withdrawal fees are really getting out of hand. Please HitBTC look into this, you will lose your competitive edge this way!

Love. Peace. Bitcoins.

I find hitbtc very difficult to use. They need to improve their UI to something close to binance or KuCoin

USDT = Tether, not actual dollars but a dollar proxy.

I kept the cappasity tokens on the HitBTC exchange in the amount of 1430 pieces. When I wanted to withdraw tokens from the exchange, I was asked to pay a commission for the withdrawal of 9% = 130 tokens = 52 $. At that time, the token cost $ 0.40. What is this crazy commission for a withdrawal of 9%? The withdrawal lasted 6 days. After that I do not use this exchange.

Has the exchange lost it or has it become so greedy to charge deposit fee? Who charges a deposit fee on sending money to the exchange and for what reason the fee is so high? I seriously will never send any coins to this exchange till they stop this deposit fee fraud.

What kind of fuck can there be problems with ICX - when he bitch ERC-20 on ETH?! When other ERC-20 tokens are quietly work. All fuck all the ICX tokens?
