Some problem in your marketplace:
1. Deposit/Withdraw take a high fee
2. Sometime Deposit/Withdraw problem
3. Support no friendly
4. Delist coin without given announcement before
High fee with some problem is NOT WORTH IT
i will find another exchange!
They are not forcing anyone to use their exchange and we are free to use any exchange as per our convenience. You already know there are so many issues with this exchange and they stop replying to almost all tickets so better don't take a risk by using this exchange. I made many support tickets so far but they don't answer me. They never answer nobody I think. This is very bad for such a great exchange platform. They are losing customers only for this attitude. We would like to bring our apologies for the issues that you are experiencing. None of the issues will stay ignored or unresolved. hitbtc is a stealer and a big scam ... i wait from 3 months ago for my 1376.7470 $ from affiliates.
i wrote many many times , into the forum and many many tickets and still nothing until now.
so the affiliates is a big joke , big scam

is there anyone who has a positive experience with hitbtc , i only lost money and some good opportunity's with them , the time DCN was worth a lot off money i could not acces my coins for days and fees are ridicilous

Anyone else having any issues withdrawing from Hitbtc today? I've been using it for weeks for a certain coin I trade and haven't had any problems. However, today i'm unable to transfer coins over to my main account for withdrawal. It just keeps giving me an error.

I also got problem with deposit of my cryptos. It does not appear in my account after nearly 2K confirmations and 8 hours of waiting. It's a token address to token address transfer.

Withdrawal problems on HitBTC:

2. Ticket ID #133127 - LTC pending over 7 hours.
Waiting, when support will solve the problems. Before this I haven't any problems with HitBTC.

Hi,
Today I tried to transfer some amount of ETH from Trading Account to Main Account.
After processing my ETH balance become 0. I cannot see any information from Reports page.
Moreover, Latest Transactions are now empty.

Many people that I know says HitBTC is the worst exchange and now I also experienced that!

I URGE you NOT to send ANY AMOUNT OF COINS to HITBTC as me and hundrends of other users are dealing with tremendous issues the past few days.
No one can withdraw , 1/30 withdrawls at most are succesfull but at the slowest speeds possible ( 24hrs+ ) .
Dont try to trade at least until everything settles out , and please DONT LET YOURSELF BEING LURED by some coins that are trading at an ultra premium ( eg TRX which is + 50% of the rest market price ). You CANT trade because your deposit will not reach the exchange. I tend to believe that this was all a set up in order to create a vast influx of incoming BTC/ALTcoins.
I only hope that we are not dealing with a new MtGox here.
