i recieved a E-Mail from hitbtc to "Reset your password" but i dont apply for password reset.
i dont know why i must reset my passwort, and i also cannot login to my hitbtc account...

Your account is probably hacked. Do you use 2FA? Quickly lock your account if you have a lot of money in it. Sorry if I am mistaken!

I'm waiting more than 2 months for upgrading to Verified account status.
All this time when I try to transfer or withdraw I see:
"Currency operations not available",
"Transfers are disabled on your account, contact us via this form.",
"Withdrawals are disabled on your account, contact us via this form."
I already gave them all my documents for KYC: selfie, passport, bank statements, facebook profile etc.
And now they ask me about transactions of CTR that I did from Livecoin to HitBTC.
But CTR was delisted from Livecoin and Livecoin don't keep transactions history older than a month, so I told them about it.
They want more and more information and this story has no end...
And all next 5 or 6 their answers was the same (identically) and I think it was made by robot.
So I think that HitBTC are robbers with main business of stealing our money.
I have opened tickets #308282 and #347872.
I think that HitBTC will do all they can to NOT upgrading my account and to NOT returm me my money.
I'm very surprised with that, because I have only 0.44 BTC on trading account and 1450000 DCN on main account.
Can somebody help me with this situation or advise something?

Today my account was unlocked. I waited 2,5 months from 2 june 2018. But it is still General and was not upgraded to Verified account status.

Hello, I already had your wallet for the 4th day. I can not get money, hang out my ETH. I can not get 35 ETH in a  "purse trading", to "trade". They just give out a mistake, and they do not allow anything to be done. Where to rush for pomoshchshyu? 4 day is already a lot for such an exchange.

HitBTC are going the same way as Poloniex, I think it's all a bit Too-Much-Too-Soon for these exchanges and they don't have enough experienced support staff to cope with all the problems and it's us poor punters who suffer as a result.
I've moved all my coin to Binance and they have been the best so far, touch wood.

Why withdrawal times are so variable on this exchange?

You can withdraw a ERC20 token in just 3 minutes sometimes, and then trying to do another withdrawal request, and wait 12-24-36 hrs to have it completed.

that's very bad for my trading strategy.

I've tried to ask to support and they obviously blame the network speed, but it cannot be that. Not changing so dramatically from a minute to another.

So it could be they finish the hot wallet supply and have to wait the cold wallet, processing manually.

HitBTC fees are ridiculous!  They just don't give a f*ck about users, I think they have enough business from large Chinese whales and wash traders.

They may have some unexpected problems with hitbtc, basically it is still very reputable exchange. All exchanges have such comments so don't worry too much about it.

HitBTC fees are ridiculous!  They just don't give a f*ck about users, I think they have enough business from large Chinese whales and wash traders.

You don't have any choice but to deal with it when you use this exchange.Ive thought they do already changed that fees when I do make use of this exchange for a while I quit up and excluded on my options due to this reason but it seems until now they aren't changing everything. Small time traders will definitely be hurt up on those ridiculous fees specially on Bitcoin transactions.

I received an interesting mail today, where the sender wanted to look like HitBTC exchange, but if you look closely you can see that it's written hilbtc.com.
Just a reminder that you need to pay close attention at potential scammers!
