Someone just made HUGE dump , Just made $500 investment in earthcoin, the value has now dropped exactly 100X as it was in the good times.
if the bitcoin market ever comes back im sure EAC anid other good coins will also.
Can't recall exactly when the price was 100x but right now there are maybe 5x more coins mined than back then as well... so the demand would have to go up 500x for price to 100x. But yea, who knows what will happen... 1 bitcoin at that time was worth 2X more then it is now, dollar wise it has dropped now those 100x ,maybe even a bit more. it was hovering at 200satoshis for loooong time, back then to buy 1,000,000 eac you needed to spend $1800 (at 200bitcoin satoshis) now to buy 1,000,000 eac you need to spend only $23 (at 5bitcoin satoshi,and lower bitcoin price itself) and there were times when earthcoin was also 400satoshis sooo... Yeah.. it has dropped now 100x then it was for very long time. Never under-estimate crypto. If we banded together to produce some value in some way it could be a big deal for us. We could try to re-boot the coin by pulling in fresh developers that want to work on a existing model. We could do all kinds of interesting things. |

well you never know...
but at this price earthcoin can't really physically drop anymore so thats why I decided to put some money on it as it was/still is a good coin with huge community..
Network hashrate now was at less then 200mhs,and if you mine and sell it you make a LOSS because electricity now costs more then you can get for it when mining lol.
So yeah looks like pretty safe bet now at this price...
And If the bitcoin market gains some traction again I can almost guarantee this coin along with some others will spring up in value as well.

Surely this coin will pump back to 10 or even 20 satoshia a couple times...But to say it might recover to 400 SAT is kind of a joke. Granted, it was going for much much more at times on coinedup with decent volume (800 SAT for sure, possibly even higher I can't remember) but I think those times are over. Even if BTC recovers its volume, that 100x loss is too much to expect investor confidence. Hopefully it does for any bagholders out there though.

I have been mining there for a long time, and I must say it is the best pool I've run into. Support works when necessary, not a single problem with payments, great block finding times, lovely graphs etc... The best pool out there! |

I must say I'm bit let down by the EAC teams silence lately. Shit happens in life, but usually not to multiple people at the same time. I will focus my mining efforts to something else for the time being. I'm also freezing the Explore the earth-project until the wheels start spinning properly. I've mined this for a few millions, big enough bag to hold - Although If some of the things I know EAC team has planned, this coin will explode. It's now up to them to show their efforts.

+1 I agree. I would except some more activity too, also the low price should give the opportunity of DEV to buy some coins and then release some good news, so that the coin explode. But it seems that they really don't care. There was talk about dilution, they didn't change anything.... |

Hi guys
Sorry for the long period of inactivity…
14 more weeks and we are leaving to Costa Rica to work in the Jaguar Rescue Center!
I am working on some shirts, so I can wear them while working with the animals.
We have many American tourists visiting the center, so it will be good exposure.
I also will blog about our adventures in the Jaguar Rescue Center.
If anyone has some other great ideas, please let us know, and we will see what we can do.

Just switch to other, you should press that STOP loss button or give up button. Its stupid to stay at 1 place and HOPING, hope is the best enemy , you must DO.. NOT HOPE.. when u know even the Dev say POS is inflation , thats where u know the Dev know nothing about Economy, let alone managing a 'money'/currency for Earth |
