They don't need to check the spreadsheet. Just need to try to log in on mb8 website if the registered properly. Registering account was one of the campaign's conditions as far as remember. I find my account on email and earned coins in MB8 web wallet.

Yes, these guys are playing bad game , they send me tokens to the cabinet, then withdraw on their wallet at the same day, support totally ingored and blocked! I have all screens and proofs!

They have moved all the token back to themselves and now announced to close the web wallet. When people do not have their tokens in their web wallet, how can they move in desktop wallet. This is a scam with bounty hunters.

So sad for you, I didn't get any problem transferring my MB8coins from web wallet to my windows desktop app. I just followed their directions and read all the updates I received from them to my mailbox. Maybe you missed something that caused you the trouble. As far as I know, today is the closing of their web wallet.
